Shipping costs

Germany: Free shipping for orders over 39,- €. Shipping is usually done by DPD. You will receive a tracking number and always know where your package is.

With DHL we also deliver to Packing stations.

DHL Express shipping within Germany is possible from 6 Euro (for orders over 80 Euro). For orders up to 80 Euro the Express shipping costs 9.90 Euro.

Abroad: For other countries we offer discounts on shipping costs for orders over 39 Euro. In some countries we also offer express shipping: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, France.

Please note: When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), fees for customs and value added tax may apply, which are not included in the invoice amount. These are to be paid by the customer and are usually levied directly by customs or by the post office upon delivery of the shipment.

1. Information on the delivery period

If you order several items from us as part of one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the products in a single consignment unless we have agreed with you otherwise. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole.

2. Information on the calculation of the delivery timeframe

The time limit for delivery begins in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other methods of payment, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the local government at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of any such a day.
